F3D aileron torque rods

Plans for Anna Domini F2B now available
Plans for the Anna Domini F2B stunter are again available. Span 60", length 51", suits 40 to 60. Not just a rehash of the Nobler, this large stunter has all the character of a Mack Truck, squatting low on 3" wheels and grumbling around the sky with a nice 45, nothing quite like it! Engine Radial Mount

Timer Restoration
One for all you fossilising F/F guys. Are your KSB, Tatone and Seelig clockwork timers as stiff as your knees? Won't work reliably? Models Gone with the Wind? Let the Prop Doctor clean and oil them for you, with his proven patent pending process. Results not guaranteed. Price $40 for the first timer, and $20 for additional timers in the one order plus $6 for postage.

 Irvine Mills .75 crankshaft reviver
If you have had the misfortune to break the rather brittle crankshaft of your Irvine Mills, just send it along to Grant Lucas. For only AUD15 plus postage, Grant will drill and tap your shaft to take a 4-40 screw, thereby restoring your hapless engine to flight status. See the attached photos of Supercool's example. Contours accurate to 15 microns. NACA 4-digit airfoils:camber, t/c, chord and blade angle to your specification or leave it to Supercool to optimise for Mach and Reynolds numbers (pseudo ARA-D now available).

  Sidethrust Wedges.
These glass/nylon wedges allow you to offset the thrustline on your profile stunter to give more line tension. Angles of 2.5 and 5 degrees are available. With enough sidethrust, your model will never fall in on the lines. Only $3 per pair. Wedge

 Bar-stock tuned pipes
Bar-stock tuned pipes. Machined from solid, these pipes permit testing of pipe configurations without trotting off to the metal spinner or making mandrels.
Being CNC machined, excellent control of internal contours is possible, including curves. The pipe in the photos has exponential curves for the diffuser and reflector,
with the curves matched by circles tangential to the exponentials. Cold natural frequency is 200 Hz. The entire design is parametric, permitting systematic variations in the design. Weight is 168 grams, about double that of a spun pipe. Machining time is 6 days, so starting price for these pipes is AUD500.

 Injection Moulding small parts

Grant Lucas has commissioned our 1 oz injection moulding machine. We currently produce our sidethrust wedges in 25 glass/nylon, and can do clear acrylic.
